Positive: Casa amb encant, espaiosa i ben equipada situada al mig del petit poble de Vilallovent.
Negative: La casa està distribuïda en tres plantes (més baixos) amb un nombre consoderable d’escales - a tenir en compte si viatgeu amb nens molt petits o persones amb mobilitat reduïda.
